Akaka Falls Green Bean Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

1 can organic condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup organic milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
1 organic shallot – thinly sliced
4 cups raw organic French green beans
1 1/3 cups organic French fried onions (Yes, this does exist!)
1/4 jar Steve’s Akaka Falls Farm Passion Fruit Hawaiian Pepper Smoked Pineapple

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1- Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step 2- Wash and clip the ends of the raw green beans. Place the green beans and thinly sliced shallots in a baking dish and toss with sea salt. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.

Step 3- Stir together the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, and 2/3 cup fried onions.

Step 4- Place the roasted green beans in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Pour the soup mixture over the green beans and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Step 5- Stir the hot bean mixture and sprinkle with the remaining fried onions. Drizzle Steve’s Akaka Falls Farm Passion Fruit Hawaiian Pepper Smoked Pineapple over the top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.

Serve warm for best results. Delicious 😋
