Blood Orange Rose Petal Marmalade Cupcake Recipe
42g Akaka Falls Farm Blood Orange Rose Petal Marmalade
125g butter, melted, cooled
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups self-rising flour, sifted
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced. Grease a muffin pan. Combine flour and caster sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the center. Add milk, Marmalade, butter, eggs and vanilla to flour mixture and combine. Spoon mixture into pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, try to put a small thin knife in the middle if it comes out clean then ready. leave for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
