Cheese Pizza with Harissa Recipe

Ingredients:
250 g bread flour
165 g water
5 g salt
2.5 g instant yeast
Toppings:
125 g shredded cheese (use nut based cheese for plant based)
80 g Akaka Falls Farm Meyer Lemon Moroccan Harissa Sauce
1 g fresh or dried basil or oregano leaves, chopped
Olive oil
Preparation:
Combine bread flour, water, salt and yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer. With dough hook attachment, mix on low speed until combined. Increase speed to medium and mix to final gluten development stage, about 8 minutes.
Round out dough on your counter, and place into a sprayed bowl. Cover with plastic and label with
the time. Let rise 1-1 1⁄2 hours until doubled.
Degas dough and stretch it into a round shape. Place onto a large, parchment-lined sheet pan.
Spread harissa onto the surface; top with basil then cheese. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until browned. Remove from the oven and brush the crust with olive oil for a shiny surface.
Serve warm.
