Grated Strawberry Pineapple Bar Recipe


3⁄4 cup sugar
300 grams butter, softened
3 egg yolks
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 jar (11 oz.) Steve’s Akaka Falls Farm Strawberry Pineapple Preserve


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add yolks one
    at a time. Add flour and mix until combined, working in with your hand
    if necessary.
  3. Pat half of the dough into a lightly greased 9 in. x 13 in. baking pan and
    spread until the surface is even, creating a little border on the edges.
