Grilled Garlic Shrimp with Spanish-Inspired Thai Sauce Recipe

Grilled Shrimp:

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Homemade Thai Sauce:
  • 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Thai red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for a tasteful garnish

Preparation of Homemade Thai Sauce:

    curry paste, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.
