“In Full Bloom” Cocktail Recipe

1 tablespoon Akaka Falls Farm Blood Orange and Rose Petal Marmalade”
.5 ounce of St. Germaine
2 ounces of Botanist Gin (or gin of your choosing)
.5 ounce orange juice
sparkling water to top with


  1. put the tablespoon of blood orange and rose petal jam into a shaker with ice.
  2. add the gin, St. Germaine and orange juice.
  3. shake well
  4. pour over fresh ice into a Collins glass and then top with sparkling water.
  5. garnish with flowers if you like, enjoy!
