Kona Coffee Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa


  • 2 cups whole organic milk
  • 1/3 cup Steve’s Akaka Falls Farm Kona Coffee Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1/8 cup of organic heavy cream


  1. Put organic whole milk, Kona Coffee Dark Chocolate, and vanilla into a blender and blend for 15 seconds.
  2. Pour mixture into a sauce pan and add a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Stir constantly over medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes until hot. Watch that it doesn’t burn.
  4. Remove from heat and slowly stir in the organic heavy cream.
  5. Divide between 2 mugs and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Top with organic whipped cream if desired.

SUGGESTIONS:   Serve with marshmallows!!
