Kona Coffee Dark Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash/chop the bananas with a fork. You want to leave some chunks in there for a wonderfully flavored bread.
  3. Stir in the warm melted butter. Mix in the baking soda and allow to sit for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the organic sugar, beaten egg, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold in the organic flour until just moistened.
  6. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a buttered loaf pan and drop in spoonfuls of chocolate across the top of the batter.
  7. Spoon the rest of the batter into the pan. Add the rest of the chocolate to the top and swirl with a knife. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F or until a knife comes out clean when inserted.
  8. Let cool before serving.
