Lobster Toast with Avocado and Pepper

1 thick slice whole grain bread toasted

2 teaspoons salted butter softened

1/2 avocado, smashed

1 radish, thinly sliced

50g baked and peeled red sweet pepper

0.25 lbs cooked lobster meat roughly chopped
1 teaspoon chives, sliced fresh or dried
Freshly ground black pepper

Lemon wedge for serving

Spread toast with | teaspoon butter. Melt the other teaspoon of butter in a pan. Spread the mashed red pepper on the toast topped with avocado and top with radish slices. Add lobster meat.
