Mango Lassi


  • 1 cup plain organic yogurt
  • 2/3 cup organic milk
  • 1 cup Steve’s Akaka Falls Farm Mango Jam
  • A dash of organic ground cardamom
  • 6 ice cubes (for creamy Icee consistency)


  • Another dash of ground cardamom


  1. Add everything to the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour the mango lassi into 2 glasses and garnish with a dash of cardamom.
