Orange Ginger Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Turn the Crock-Pot on High.
  2. Put the chicken in the Crock-Pot.
  3. Add the sea salt, cayenne pepper, Orange Ginger Jam, and Passion Fruit Jam.
  4. Add chopped onion, garlic, and parsley to the top of the chicken.
  5. Cover and heat to simmer on high for 1 hour.
  6. Lower the temperature to low and cook for 5 to 6 hours, until the chicken is almost falling off the bone.

Oh, so yum!
