Organic Chicken with Tahitian Lime Balkan Pindjur Sauce

1/2 tsp of Paprika

300g Akaka Falls Farm’s Tahitian Lime Balkan Pindjur Sauce
1/2 tsp of Cumin
1/2 tsp of Oregano
3 Cups of Chicken Stock
80z Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Stalks of Celery, diced
1 Small Onion, chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
For serving:
Chopped Cilantro
Cooked white rice
Diced Avocado
Lime Juice
In a medium-size pot, sauté the onions, garlic, and celery with olive oil
over medium heat for a couple of moments.
Add the stock, Akaka Falls Farm’s Balkan Pindjur Sauce, spices, and
chicken. Heat to the point of boiling, lower the heat to low and permit
to stew for 20 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the soup, permit it just a little to cool, shred
it and pop it back in the soup.
When ready to serve, adjust the taste, serve over rice and top it with
the avocado, lime and cilantro.
