Papaya Pineapple Muffin Recipe


2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
1⁄2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1⁄2 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄3 cup Steve’s Akaka Falls Farm
Papaya Pineapple Preserve


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 12-muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients; set aside.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients except for the preserves, until well combined.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, and mix just until combined.
  5. Fill muffin cups 1⁄3 full with batter.
  6. Top with a tablespoonful of Papaya Pineapple Preserves.
  7. Spoon the rest of the batter on top, evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
