“Passion Fruit Ginger Tropical Mojito” Drink Recipe

Drink Recipe Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of Steve’s Akaka Falls Farm “Passion Fruit Ginger Preserve”
2 ounces of Rum (Traditionally made a white Rum, Use
your Rum of choice, for a special treat try Appletons Estate 21 year old Jamaica Rum)
Sparkling water
Lime Squeeze
Slice of Lime
Mint 6-10 leafs, mint sprig for garnish
Ice cubes

Mixing Instructions:

  1. Add Steve’s Akaka Falls Farm “Passion Fruit Ginger Preserve”, Rum, ice, into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 3 mint leafs and one half lime slice into a sturdy
    glass. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils
    and lime juice. If you don’t have a muddler, use the
    end of a wooden spoon instead.
  3. Shake and pour over ice into glass.
  4. Top with sparkling water.
  5. Add Lime squeeze.
  6. Garnish with Lime slice and mint.
    Service and enjoy!
