Passion Ginger Glazed Salmon Recipe

Everyone who loves salmon usually loves a tasty marinade or sauce to go with it. This is a simple way to create a #CitrusGlaze on your next salmon dish. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

*Use less juice if you are only cooking 1-2 fillets

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean and rinse the salmon fillets and place them in a small baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the baking dish with orange juice to the top edge of the salmon, but not covering the salmon.
  5. Use a spoon to liberally spoon the Passion Fruit Ginger Preserve on the top of the salmon fillets. This seals in the moisture from all sides.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 30 minutes.
