Pear, Brie, and Bacon with Smoked Pineapple Preserve Recipe

Ingredients:

Garnish:

  • Arugula
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 2 minutes.
  3. Take them out of the oven and sprinkle with mozzarella, preserve and
    brie cheeses, pear slices, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Put them back in the oven and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes or until
    the cheeses are melted.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with arugula, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Slice the flatbreads into wedges and serve right away.
