Poi Coconut Pina Colada

This is an extra fruity, extra flavorful Hawaiian spin on the classic Pina, with added health benefits from Waipi’o Valley Poi:)


2 tablespoons of Akaka Falls Farm’s Poi Coconut Butter
1/2 a banana
3 ounces light rum (we used KoHana Kea Hawaiian Rum, making this Pina 100% Hawaiian)
2 ounces of pineapple juice
1 cup of ice


  1. Simply combine all of the ingredients above into a
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a large glass, and garnish with a banana or
    pineapple slice.
    Enjoy while still cold!
