Spaghetti Aglia Olio with Passion Fruit Jalapeño Preserve Recipe


54 g olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 – 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes or 1 hot pepper
1-2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
5g Akaka Falls Farm Passion Fruit Jalapeno Preserve
420 g cooked spaghetti
1⁄4 cup reserved pasta water


Cook the pasta till al dente in a big pot of boiling, salted water. Set aside, if

cooking on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the
