Stuffed Fish Filet with Tahitian Lime Ginger Preserve Recipe

1/2 pound fresh crab meat

1/2 cup Italian-flavored bread crumbs

100ml of Akaka’s Tahitian lime ginger preserve

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

4 white fish fillets, like flounder or cod (about 1-1/2 pounds)

2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, melted

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9- x 13-inch baking
dish with cooking spray.

Step 2: Mix the Crab Filling

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crabmeat, bread crumbs, preserve,
finely chopped celery, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and
black pepper.

Mix everything together until it’s well combined.

Step 3: Assemble and Bake

Lay the fish fillets out on a flat surface.

Spread the crabmeat mixture evenly over each fillet, and then roll them up like jelly rolls.

Place the rolled-up fish fillets seam side down in the greased baking dish.

Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the rolled fillets and sprinkle them
with paprika.

Step 4: Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish easily flakes with
a fork.

Once done, serve immediately.
