“Sunday Afternoon” Cocktail Recipe

“Sunday Afternoon”

This is an original cocktail with all of my favorite things for a bright refreshing beach day drink.
For this recipe you will need:
1 tablespoon Akaka Falls Farm’s Lemon Ginger Preserve
.5 ounce of St. Germaine
.5 ounce of fresh lemon juice
3 slices of cucumber (sliced)
2 ounces of vodka (we used Pau Vodka because it’s 100% Hawaiian and it’s flavor profile is that of pineapple, fresh strawberries, biscuits, and coconut.)
.5 ounce of soda water to top.
1/2 cup of ice
Step 1. Add the cucumber, lemon juice, St. Germaine, and lemon ginger preserve to a shaker, muddle until mixed well.
Step 2. Add the vodka and ice to the shaker and shake until well blended.
Step 3. Strain over fresh ice into a Collin’s glass and top with soda water.
Step 4. Garnish with a lemon twist and a cucumber, serve while still chilled! Enjoy!
